As a student of NCAT, native of Charlotte, and a highly talented music artist, Reuben Vincent is one of a kind. The 19-year-old rapper from Charlotte is truly putting on for his state, HBCUs, and Black excellence. Reuben is currently signed under Jamla Records, which is an independent record label founded by Hip Hop producer, 9th Wonder. 

Complexities of being a black man in society, growing up in North Carolina, and his dreams and aspirations are a few pieces of Reuben that he illustrates vividly through his craft. He uses his platform to shine a light on issues going on in his community as he stands up and speaks out for what he cares about most. His story truly resonates with the Legacy, History, and Pride that is found in the depths of his work.
