We are a webstore with no retail store as of yet.

How can I return something I purchased? How long should it take?

All returns must be done through the portal located on our home page. Returns must have a return # or will be subject to mishandling and extreme delay. We usually turn around product in 5-7 days of receiving the item back in our warehouse/office. Please note: Returns may have a 20% restocking fee if item(s) are not defective or the wrong item(s) shipped.

How can I keep track of my order?

Please contact us for more information regarding your order. Processing time is usually 24-48 hours. We strive to offer excellent customer service and precise order information for our customers.

Does LegacyHistoryPride send out tracking information when product is ordered?

When you place an order with us, please be sure to add your email address to have your order's tracking number forwarded to you.

Does LegacyHistoryPride only make products for HBCUs? What about non-HBCUs?

We develop apparel for all schools that give us the proper licensing rights. When we started, HBCUs were the first to embrace our unique style and concept. We have a special relationship with the HBCU culture and will continue to push forward with as many as possible on our site and social media. We have love for all who show love for LegacyHistoryPride!

Does LegacyHistoryPride make custom product(s) for a school not included on site?

Though we receive many requests for custom products, we unfortunately do not make "One of Custom." Only orders of 150 pieces or more can be custom made, depending on the item(s). Please contact us for more information.

How can I place a group order for my organization?

We can service any group order, pending the item of interest and its availability. For stock pieces, our minimum is typically 72 pieces. Every group request is different, so please contact us.

Are you looking for ambassadors, models, or campus photographers?
