Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • It must also be in the original packaging
  • If returned items are not neatly placed in their original or acceptable bag or box, or are deemed to be in unacceptable condition, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

 

How to Submit a Return Request

  1. Click the profile icon in the store's navigation or go to the Refund Policy or Returns page
  2. Log in to your account:
    • Enter your email address and click Continue
    • Check your email and copy the six-digit verification code
    • Enter the code on the store page to access your account
  3. Select the order you want to return
  4. Choose the items you wish to return and provide a reason and optional note
  5. Click Request Return

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions.

 

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping labels are only provided if the item is damaged or defective
  • For all other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs

To purchase a USPS return label:

  • Visit www.usps.com
  • Click "Create a Shipment"
  • Follow the prompts and email us the tracking number or label once complete

 

Free Shipping Orders

  • Orders that qualify for free shipping will keep that benefit as long as your final (after-return) total still meets the free-shipping threshold.
  • If your return causes your order total to drop below the free-shipping minimum, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company — processing may take time
  3. Contact your bank — there may be a delay in posting

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us and send your item to the address listed above.

 

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit once the return is received
  • If the item wasn't marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will go to the original purchaser

 

Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for your own return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

If you're shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We are not responsible for lost returns.
