Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time


All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day

  • Standard Shipping: Standard shipping is typically the default checkout setting. Your item(s) are expected to be delivered within 3–5 business days after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier.
  • 2-Day Shipping: Depending on the shipping destination, 2-day shipping may be available in select areas. Your item(s) are expected to be delivered within 2 business days after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier.
  • Express Shipping: Your item(s) are expected to be delivered within 1 business day after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier.
  • Pre-Orders: Will be shipped via Standard Shipping as noted at time of purchase.

Please note: Business days don't typically include weekends; however, Saturday deliveries may occur in select ZIP codes.

Shipping charges for Express shipping are calculated on a "per order" basis, including shipping, order processing, item selection and packaging costs, and will only apply to the items using these shipping speeds.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses


Overseas Military and Diplomatic Mail Addresses

  • ShopLHP.com can ship many items to:
    • Army/Air Force Post Office (APO): U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force postal facilities
    • Fleet Post Office (FPO): U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, and U.S. Coast Guard postal facilities
    • Diplomatic Post Office (DPO): U.S. Embassy addresses
  • Items can be shipped only by standard U.S. mail when using the U.S. domestic checkout at www.ShopLHP.com. Expedited (Express) shipping is not available for APO/FPO/DPO or U.S. territories and protectorates (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Minor Outlying Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands).

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking


Once your order is processed and ready to ship with will receive emailed shipment confirmation and a tracking number. If you do not provide your email address, we will not be able to send you shipment information.

 

Customs, duties, and taxes


ShopLHP is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages


ShopLHP is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States, except as outlined for APO/FPO addresses.
